Please keep in mind when booking that, we act only as an agent between the passengers and tourist service providers: transportation, hotels, restaurants, and/or related travel services and assume no responsibility for any injury,
personal damage, death, or loss. Moreover, CarpeDM Adventures cannot be liable for delays in departure or interruption of your vacation arrangements caused by weather conditions, technical problems of any airline, vessel, automotive vehicle
or other equipment or instrumentality, strikes, civil disorder, or any causes beyond the control of CarpeDM Adventures.

Baggage is carried at owner’s risk. CarpeDM Aventures is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your luggage. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended.

General Information:
CarpeDM Adventures reserves the right to alter any itinerary in dangerous situations, inappropriate weather conditions or any situation that commits an outrage against the safety or well-being of the passengers. The right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category or change schedules without prior notice should circumstances so require.

Payment Policies & Cancellation Fees
A. In order to confirm your trip, we require a 10% deposit of the total cost. It is required in order to reconfirm and guarantee your reservations and services.

B. Information required for each passenger: Full name, nationality, passport number, rooming list, and special dietary (if required).

C. The remaining must be paid 30 days prior your departure trip.

D. If we received a cancellation between your confirmation and 30 days prior your departure trip; there is charge of USD 100.00 per person as a handling fee.

E. In case we received a cancellation less than 30 days prior to your departure trip, the first deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Note: These payment policies can apply to payment policies of Galapagos Cruises that they need to confirm their spaces

Insurance
CarpeDM Adventures – Tour Operator requires that each passenger has travel or personal insurance coverage.
